Usman founded Kingswell to bring the financial discipline of large, sophisticated finance functions to growing and complex businesses — organisations that need senior commercial judgement, robust forecasting and decision-ready reporting, but not necessarily a full finance department.
His background spans senior finance roles across complex operating and programme environments, working in and around finance systems, reporting architecture and planning processes. That experience shapes the way Kingswell builds management information: designed downward from the decision, delivered upward from the data.

We build the reporting, forecasting and decision-support your leadership team needs. We are not a firm of accountants and don't do statutory, audit or tax work.

We work alongside your accountant, bookkeeper or finance team — never in competition with them. Good accounting is essential, and we don't replace it. We take reliable financial information and turn it into management information, forecasts and commercial decisions.

Kingswell is not a firm of accountants and does not provide statutory accounts, audit or tax services. Our work is management information, forecasting and decision-support — not a regulated accountancy or audit service. Being specific about that boundary is what makes the work useful, and makes it easy for your existing advisers to work alongside us.
